Q: What time should I arrive on Monday 18th May?
A: Registration partially opens from 4pm – 7pm on Sunday 17th May and fully opens from 11:00am on Monday 18th May — Early arrival is highly recommended!
Q: Where do I collect my badge?
A: You can collect your badge at the convention center pre function area which is located on the ballroom level on floor 2 of the hotel.

We can supply booked attendees with Visa letters. However, please do note we can only supply these once you have purchased a pass for the event.

Q: Will food and drinks be provided?
A: Food and drink is not provided in your ITW pass but new for 2026, we will have a World Cafe in the exhibition hall which will act as a convenient place to grab some tasty food and take a seat on one of the benches that will be available in the area. Food in this area will be chargeable and is limited in quantity so please grab it whilst you can!
