GrowthX: Unlocking the Next Growth Story for Carriers

GrowthX: Unlocking the Next Growth Story for Carriers

As competition intensifies, margins compress and customer buying strategies evolve, Connectivity Service Providers (CSPs) must look beyond connectivity and traditional telco solutions to meet client requirements and drive future growth.

But where should companies channel their focus? What capabilities do enterprise and wholesale customers value? Where are the industry’s blind spots?  Cutting through the hype, what is the next big opportunity to monetise? Who are the partners that can help you get there faster?

GrowthX (formerly the Product Innovation Forum) is where these imperatives come to life. Through live pitches from startups and established innovators, expert interrogation from industry leaders, and audience-led debate, we’ll explore concrete ideas that can be commercialised — from API exposure to digital marketplaces, sustainability services, and enterprise-grade platforms.

This isn’t theory. It’s about real business models, real customer demand, and real growth opportunities

GrowthX is a highly organised and impactful event that unites some of the brightest minds in the industry. It serves as a platform for discussing, debating, and uncovering groundbreaking innovations that collectively drive the telecom industry forward. I thoroughly enjoyed participating in the sessions, collaborating with fellow panel members, and engaging with the group of talented and creative presenters. It was a truly valuable experience, one that I believe we should continue to build upon and expand in the future.

Where Big Ideas Become New Revenues

3-featuredimage

GrowthX is an interactive forum where telco leaders, next-gen innovators and bold start-ups reimagine and catalyse tomorrow's growth engines.

In a fast-paced, half-day format, a curated line-up of startups and established players pitch their boldest ideas to a panel of industry “Dragons” and a live audience. Each presentation is challenged, debated, and stress-tested — pushing carriers to think differently about how evolving customer needs, new technologies, and fresh business models can unlock growth.

More than a conference session, GrowthX is inspiring, challenging, and fun — a unique space where big ideas meet real-world carrier imperatives and tomorrow’s revenue streams start to take shape.

The ITW Product Innovation Forum was a truly unique and enriching experience — from the innovative format to the high-quality content and the strong engagement from participants. I returned with a wealth of inspiring ideas and fresh perspectives, particularly around the evolution of our digital ecosystem, increasingly shaped by AI.

What stood out was the thoughtful blend of established industry leaders and agile startups. This contrast offered a comprehensive view of innovation from both ends of the spectrum, providing valuable insights into where the industry is heading.

Overall, I came back inspired - not only by the discussions around AI but also by the broader conversations about how we, as service providers, must align with the wider tech community.
