Product Innovation Forum

CSPs must look beyond connectivity and traditional telco solutions – leveraging new technologies and better addressing customer requirements to rethink their product suites.

The industry needs to disrupt itself before others do it.

But where should companies channel their focus? Where are the industry’s blind spots? Cutting through hype, what is the next big opportunity to monetise? How do you do it in a new and unique way? Who are the partners that can help you get there faster?

The role for CSP product executives is not easy. Step in the Product Innovation Forum.

Dragon’s den with a twist: CSP product heads challenge and appraise the new ideas on the table
The Product Innovation Forum is a highly organized and impactful event that unites some of the brightest minds in the industry. It serves as a platform for discussing, debating, and uncovering groundbreaking innovations that collectively drive the telecom industry forward. I thoroughly enjoyed participating in the sessions, collaborating with fellow panel members, and engaging with the group of talented and creative presenters. It was a truly valuable experience, one that I believe we should continue to build upon and expand in the future.

The inaugural Product Innovation Forum was held during ITW 2025, assembling a group of 60+ CSP product leaders with visionaries and innovators.

Inspiring, challenging, fun and unique. Just some of the words used to describe this interactive half-day forum.

Nine speakers were invited to present to our panel of “Dragons” and the audience – challenging them to think about their future product offerings in a different way.

Industry transformation is amazing with an exploding number of opportunities that are ahead of us.

From a risk and opportunity perspective, there is a need to analyze and identify partners who can provide their expertise to accelerate Go To Market whilst sharing risks.

By exposing what our peers are doing, forging partnerships with brand new partners and building upon relations with established vendors the Product Innovation Forum facilitates this task for any Carrier that wants to stay ahead of our Industry evolution.

Franck Morales, Senior Vice President, Marketing and Business Development – Orange

The ITW Product Innovation Forum was a truly unique and enriching experience — from the innovative format to the high-quality content and the strong engagement from participants. I returned with a wealth of inspiring ideas and fresh perspectives, particularly around the evolution of our digital ecosystem, increasingly shaped by AI.

What stood out was the thoughtful blend of established industry leaders and agile startups. This contrast offered a comprehensive view of innovation from both ends of the spectrum, providing valuable insights into where the industry is heading.

Overall, I came back inspired - not only by the discussions around AI but also by the broader conversations about how we, as service providers, must align with the wider tech community.
