Zach Greene serves as Manager, Strategic Engagement at NERC. In this role, he conducts outreach and engages with industry stakeholders on key initiatives and supports increased participation in NERC processes. Zach also provides internal management support for certain strategic initiatives, such as the Large Loads Action Plan. Prior to joining NERC, Zach held energy-focused roles at multiple NGOs, most recently serving as the Senior Manager, Clean Energy at World Resources Institute. He holds a Master of Public Affairs from the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin and two Bachelor of Arts degrees from the American University.
