With twenty years expertise in messaging, and conversational commerce, he has supported enterprise leaders like Facebook and Western Union, global service providers such as Syniverse, and Infobip; led investment due diligence for firms such as HIG Capital, and National Bank of Kuwait; and consulted on messaging innovation to the GSM Association. 

He’s the co-author of two SMS interoperability patents and led the development of a GSMA award-wining cybersecurity product. LinkedIn recognizes him as a ‘Top Voice” in Mobile Technology, International Business Development, Product Innovation, Sales Management and Strategic Planning.
