Nicole Nixon, named 2023 “Woman to Watch in Technology” by the Women in Cable Telecommunications, is an Inventor, Visionary, CEO and Founder of Listing Central LLC (LC).  As an employee for Verizon’s Wholesale Markets 20+ years ago, she was one of the first to develop consumer data automation rules. Later, Nicole became the consumer data SME for Charter Communications, formerly Time Warner Cable, across their entire US footprint.

In 2010 she launched Listing Central,  the first nationwide and independent data management company with the authority to reshape consumer data protections over the internet and other applications.  Listing Central’s focus is to partner with telecom carriers worldwide to build capabilities over WiFi, to place consumers back in control of their data, and to advance the protections of personal information for youth and victims of domestic violence.

Today, Nicole Nixon remains the first Woman CEO of a Data Technology Company to specialize in Telecom Consumer Data in the United States.  Nicole is an appointed Board Member for the Women Impacting Public Policy’s (WIPP) Education Institute that empowers women business owners to exhale.  Nicole resides in Northern Virginia with her husband (a US Navy Vet) and their 5 children.
