Justin Fair
In his current role, Justin helps to advance implementation of U.S. foreign policy on digital and emerging technology issues across the international system. Justin frequently leads negotiations at international conferences and meetings, including at the UN, ITU, OECD, G7, G20, APEC, and ASEAN. He also leads bilateral engagement and meetings on tech-related issues across all regions.
Before joining CDP, Justin was the senior advisor covering tech issues in the Bureau of International Organizations Affairs. He began at the Department of State as a Presidential Management Fellow.
A native of Tennessee, Justin graduated from the United States Naval Academy with degree in mechanical engineering and served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy. He holds graduate degrees in business administration and international affairs and completed the Secretary's Leadership Seminar at the Harvard Business School.
Justin lives in Washington, DC, with his wife and two kids.
