Joe Scattareggia is the Executive Vice President (EVP), Infrastructure & Connectivity Sales at Colt Technology Services (Colt). Appointed to the role in Feb 2026, Joe plays a key part in executing Colt’s strategy: powering the future of connectivity through world-class fibre infrastructure, an autonomous AI-driven platform that makes services effortless, and intelligent solutions that deliver secure, market leading customer experiences.

Joe has a deep knowledge of the industry and extensive experience. At Colt he leads the Strategic Alliances and Global Content Networks sales teams. Located in New York, U.S, Joe also plays a pivotal role in maximising opportunities generated by the AI economy including a focus on private network builds for hyperscalers and cloud companies.

Prior to joining Colt, was Chief Revenue Officer at Uniti Group Inc and previously held several leadership roles at Windstream including President, Wholesale Solutions.

Joe has a Bachelor of Science – BS, Business Administration and Management degree from The State University of New York, Plattsburgh.
