Gregory R. Zappala, Esq is the President and CEO of Far Edge Solutions, LLC a subsidiary of Laser Light Communications and provider of Modular Optical Data Centers and Associated Architecture located in Miami FL.

Mr. Zappala’s professional career began in investment banking specializing in tax-exempt project finance, while at the same time he was enrolled in law school, graduating from Duquesne University and shortly thereafter passing the bar.  As the pioneer of an efficient securities boutique, he founded an organization that sold securities that his firm created through massive Wall Street desks that were subcontracted as distribution centers.  His firm was the first of its kind to ultimately be acquired by JP Morgan Securities where he served as a Managing Director.

After an early retirement Mr. Zappala created a Real Estate Management Company focused on managing properties leased to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and  in 2022 became a shareholder of Laser Light Communications.  Mr. Zappala is currently a shareholder of Laser Light Holdings and a partner in Marble Arch Partners and is a Director of Laser Light America and Laser Light Caribe.
