Stacy Graham
Stacy brings more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a career spanning a broad range of roles that have shaped her deep expertise in network operations, customer experience, and regulatory compliance. She joined Sinch (formerly Inteliquent and ANPI) in 2006 as a Dedicated Account Manager, where she provided strategic support and guidance to customers. Building on that foundation, Stacy advanced into leadership within the support organization, where she played a key role in enhancing service delivery and operational performance. She later transitioned into a position focused on quality of service, overseeing first-level repair, KPI monitoring and reporting, carrier performance, vendor optimization for routing, as well as fraud monitoring and risk management. Today, Stacy serves as Senior Compliance & Policy Director at Sinch, where she leads initiatives across Trust & Assurance services, regulatory compliance, and Know Your Customer (KYC) programs. Her work is centered on strengthening trust in communications through effective policy, industry collaboration, and proactive risk mitigation.
