SARA BAACK is a C-suite strategist, operator and investor with over 25 years of global experience leading strategy, technology product creation as well as go-to-market pursuit across global business environments.

She recently co-founded Snowhawk Partners, a firm dedicated to investing in the people and platforms that power the world’s digital transition, where she focuses on applying her operational expertise in partnership with management teams to drive portfolio company success. Prior to 2023, Sara spent a decade in the c-suite at Equinix (EQIX), a Fortune 500 digital infrastructure provider as both Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Product Officer setting the platform strategy and directing the development of new services and markets that maintained the company’s record performance as the S&P 500’s longest streak of consecutive quarterly revenue growth.

Previously Sara worked for Level 3 Communications (now Lumen) in a variety of product creation, P&L management and business unit leadership roles. Sara was active in Level 3 M&A activity, leading merger integration for major acquisitions of public and private companies. She began her career underwriting public market debt and equity financings and later investing proprietary private equity capital in the communications and media sectors.

Sara currently sits on the boards of ProsperOps, a private software company focused on algorithmic public cloud cost optimization, and Euronet Worldwide (NASDAQ: EEFT), a leading financial technology solutions and global payments provider.

Ms. Baack holds an MBA with High Distinction from Harvard University Graduate School of Business and a BA in History and Management from Rice University.
