Sam Evans is a Senior Managing Director at Teneo, where he focusses on the Telecom, Media, and Technology (TMT) sectors in EMEA and APAC. With over 18 years of experience in telecoms, media, technology, and sports across advisory and industry roles, he specializes in defining and implementing TMT company growth strategies, operating model redesign, commercial partnership development, transactions and merger integration. 

Sam is also the co-founder and facilitator of the Global Leaders Forum, which is the executive leadership body for the international connectivity industry.  Through this role, he works extensively with international carriers around the world advising on strategy, transformation and partnership development.  He has been recognised in both 2024 and 2025 in the “Capacity Power 100” for his work in this part of the telecoms industry.

Prior to joining Teneo, Sam was a Senior Managing Director at FTI Delta where he led the telecoms vertical in EMEA and APAC. and was previously Partner at Redshift Strategy and Corporate Strategy Director for GSMA.  He is based in Dubai.
