Luke Fox is Chief Commercial Officer at Midgard Infra (Formerly Altibox Carrier), a Nordic fiber and subsea cable company delivering critical connectivity infrastructure across Northern Europe and beyond. Luke began his career as a technical product specialist in the Service Provider vertical before moving into commercial roles, where his ability to translate complex network solutions into compelling business value accelerated his rise into sales leadership. He went on to build and scale high-growth businesses at Ciena Communications, where he developed deep expertise in optical networking and established a track record of assembling world-class commercial teams across multiple global markets.

For the past 15 years, Luke has been singularly focused on the hyperscaler vertical — structuring landmark deals and building the commercial frameworks that turn infrastructure assets into long-term, high-revenue businesses. At Midgard Infra, he leads commercial strategy across the company's growing portfolio, including the Norway-UK subsea corridor, one of Europe's most strategically significant routes for hyperscale traffic. He brings extensive experience building and leading teams across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East, and is a recognized voice on cloud-scale connectivity and the role of renewable-powered Nordic infrastructure in serving the world's largest digital platforms.
