Julia Robin has deep experience as a commercial and operational leader in the communications infrastructure industry. She is currently the VP of Networking & Data Center Capacity Management at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, where she oversees Planning, Forecasting, and Capacity Delivery for all data center expansions as well as the global backbone, IP Transit, peering, FastConnect, and network fabrics. Prior to joining OCI, she spent over 9 years with Zayo, during which she served as SVP & General Manager of several business units, including Wavelengths, Internet, DDoS Protection, MPLS, Cloud Connectivity, and even had a brief stint running SONET. Julia holds an MBA from the University of Denver. She is proudly from the South, but now lives in Denver with her husband and 2 young boys. She is an avid skier and hiker, and roots for the Tennessee Titans on Sundays.
