Julia Fraser is the Executive Vice President of the Americas at Sinch, the global CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service) platform that is pioneering the way the world communicates through its Customer Cloud Communications. Julia is a bold, ambitious leader with over 20 years of experience in technology and telecom. Her background in customer success ensures that customers remain at the heart of everything Sinch does. She has a proven track record of spearheading revenue generation strategies, forging strategic partnerships, optimizing sales and customer success processes, and fostering high-performing teams to drive exponential revenue growth.

Before joining Sinch, Julia served as Senior Vice President, Customer Success, North America at Lumen Technologies. In this role, she led initiatives that significantly improved customer satisfaction and drove substantial revenue growth. Prior to this, she was Vice President of Sales, UK & Ireland at Lumen Technologies where she excelled in driving sales performance and expanding market presence.

Julia’s extensive experience also includes various leadership positions at Level 3 Communications, to include Vice President of Professional Services & Specialist Sales EMEA, Vice President of Access Management EMEA, and Senior Director of Customer Service and Operations. Her leadership was pivotal in transforming underperforming teams into high-achieving units and optimizing network expenses to deliver significant EBITDA improvements.

Julia holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Staffordshire University, United Kingdom.
