Jeffrey Hulse is the Group President of Verizon Partner Solutions for Verizon Communication Services Inc., responsible for domestic and international wholesale revenue growth and strategy; including marketing, sales, customer service and wholesale business operations. He was named to this position in December 2023.

Most recently, Jeff served as Vice President of North America Sales, Global Solutions Engineering and New Business Development for Verizon Partner Solutions. In this role, Jeff built strategic relationships and provides complex wireless and wireline wholesale solutions to top carriers, major telecom providers, wireless carriers, Internet Service Providers, Inter/Local Exchange Carriers, MSOs/Cable Companies, Content Delivery Networks, Cloud Companies, Data Centers and System Integrators.

Previously, has held various roles in Network, Strategy, Marketing, Product, Carrier Management, Operations and Process Engineering.
Jeff attended the University of West Virginia and studied Chemistry and pre-medicine. Jeff earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Caldwell College and an Executive Master of Technology Management (EMTM) from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Jeff is a volunteer baseball coach, he and his wife, Shilah, reside in Mendham NJ, with their twins Hudson and Weston and continue to champion stillbirth awareness, research and family counseling in memory of their son Logan.
