CTO, UPIX

Computer Engineer from Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas. Holds an MBA in Business Management from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation in Brazil and an extension in Business Management from Cranfield University in the United Kingdom.

Works as a consultant for various Service Providers and Broadband providers, focusing on Infrastructure and Engineering. Previously served as Engineering and Infrastructure Manager at UPX Technologies in Campinas, Systems Architect at NTT Europe and Lead Systems Engineer at Qube Managed Services, both in London, United Kingdom. Designed and implemented several Cloud and Infrastructure as a Service projects in countries such as the United Kingdom, United States, Spain, France, Switzerland, and Germany. At Ultrawave/Americanet, he held the position of Engineering Manager. Currently at UPIX Networks, serves as Technical Director/CTO.

Founding member and member of the Board of Directors of the Brazil Peering Forum (https://wiki.brasilpeeringforum.org), he participates in various forums related to Internet Governance. Was a student at the Brazilian School of Internet Governance (EGI.br). He is a speaker at Internet industry events in Brazil, Latin America, and abroad. Has a special interest in and dedicates himself to the study of subjects such as Infrastructure, Datacenter, Cloud, IPv6 dissemination, IPv4 scarcity, and Internet Governance.
