Ean Hundley is the Director of ICT and Infrastructure Policy at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC).  He is the agency lead for policy and strategy related to DFC’s global investments in emerging technology and digital infrastructure, including subsea cables, data centers and mobile networks as well as transportation infrastructure, such as ports. He was previously an Advisor to a Mexican government biotech and industrial technology agency.  Ean started his career in the private sector based in the Middle East and North Africa focused on M&A and privatization transactions in technology, media and telecommunications.
