Darci Pauser serves as Policy Advisor for AI, Data Centers, and Cloud Computing in the Cyberspace and Digital Policy Bureau's Office of Emerging and Critical Technology. As a Foreign Service Officer, Darci previously served in Mexico and Finland, where she held the Environment, Science, Technology, and Health portfolio and advanced U.S.-Finnish cooperation in quantum computing, industrial biotech, 6G, and space policy. Prior to the Foreign Service, Darci was a Management and Program Analyst at the Federal Emergency Management Agency. She holds a Master of Public Administration from Syracuse University and was a fellow in the National Science Foundation’s Education Model Program on Water-Energy Research.
