Arturs leads public policy engagement at Proximus Global, driving strategic advocacy and stakeholder relations to promote trusted communications, tackle fraud, and shape the future of connectivity.

Before joining Proximus Global, Arturs served as Director of Public Affairs at the FTTH Council Europe. Before leading public affairs at the FTTH Council Europe, he served as Public Affairs Director at FEPA (the Federation of European Producers of Abrasives) and, prior to that, as Public Affairs Manager at UNIFE (the European Rail Supply Industry Association), where he managed the organization’s investment policy portfolio. Previously, he gained experience as a Political Advisor to a Member of the European Parliament, a Programme Manager in the European Commission (DG Regional Policy), and a Research Associate at the EU Centre in Singapore.

Arturs holds Master’s degrees in International Relations and Political Science from Sciences Po (Paris, France) and University of Latvia.
