Adam Emrich serves as the COO of STI and VP of Customer Solutions & Sales at Southern Linc, a Southern Company subsidiary providing mission‑critical LTE wireless services across Alabama, Georgia and southeast Mississippi. Appointed by the Southern Linc Board of Directors and effective August 2, Adam leads the organisation’s Sales and Marketing, Customer Experience, and Customer Operations functions. In this role, he oversees all facets of the customer journey, including sales strategy, product marketing, customer care, procurement, warehousing and distribution, as well as billing and collections.

A recognised strategic thinker and operational leader, Adam brings deep expertise in business optimisation, financial leadership and customer engagement. Prior to joining Southern Linc, he served as Customer Solutions Operations Director at Georgia Power, where he directed engineering, construction, maintenance, procurement, customer support, and financial reporting within the company’s unregulated business portfolio.

Adam began his career in Georgia Power’s Professional Development Program and went on to hold roles of increasing responsibility across Power Delivery, Region External Affairs, Accounting, Finance & Treasury, Sales and Customer Solutions. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University.

In addition to his corporate leadership, Adam is committed to community service. He serves on the Advisory Board of the Atlanta Community Food Bank and is an active youth sports coach.
