REGISTER YOUR ATTENDEES
All attendees need to register. If you already have passes as part of your contract, you must register the names of the delegates who will be using them before 27 April 2018. We will contact you with information on how to do this in February.

Once registered for the event, each attendee will receive an email confirming their attendance and email address. Please remember the email address used to register as this will be needed to pick up your badge onsite. Please note: only registered attendees receive log in information to the ITW meeting planner, MeetMe, so make sure you register your team as early as possible to ensure they have access to MeetMe when it goes live in March. BOOK YOUR ACCOMMODATION
There are special ITW rates available at the Hyatt and Swissôtel, however these generally sell out quickly. We also have special ITW rates at many other local hotels if you miss out or would prefer to stay off site. Our official housing agent, Gray Dawes Group , will be able to assist. UNAUTHORIZED HOTEL SOLICITATIONS
Please note that Gray Dawes Group is the only official housing company associated with ITW 2018. While other hotel resellers / agencies may contact you offering housing for your trip, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the event. Please be wary of providing any company or personal information over the phone to a third party. If in any doubt, please feel free to contact us.
ARRANGE YOUR TRAVEL
ITW opens on Sunday 6th May and runs until Wednesday 9th May. Plan your travel to ensure you don’t miss a thing. Did you know that ITW attendees receive a discount on airport transfers from Midway and O’Hare International? CLICK HERE for more information and to pre-book.
Registration/badge pick up will open at 14:00 on Sunday 6th May. Exhibitors in particular need to ensure they allow sufficient time to set up and dismantle their booths. Set up is between 12:00 -18:00 on Saturday 5th May and 08:00-20:00 on Sunday 6th May. Please note: certain booths cannot be set up until 14:00 on Sunday 6th May – those exhibitors have been informed, but if you are unsure, please check your contract.
The exhibition will close at 15:30 on Wednesday 9th May. Exhibitors are not permitted to begin breaking down their booths until after this time. All tear down must be complete by 21:00 on Wednesday 9th May. Please make your travel arrangements accordingly.
ARRANGE YOUR VISA
ITW delegates are responsible for obtaining a valid visa for entry to the U.S. if they require one. Visitors must comply with the U.S. visa immigration law and specific procedures to apply for a visa. Visa applications can take time, so don’t leave it too late!
