If you are a sponsor or exhibitor submitting your company logo for inclusion in the Event Guide, or if you have ordered a logo meeting room sign or have a premium bilateral table, then it is important that we receive your logo in vector .EPS format to ensure print quality.
Sponsors: You should email your logo as soon as your contract is signed.
Exhibitors: Please email your logo to you Operations Account Manager by Friday 24 March.
Meeting room holders: ITW will supply you with one standard sign per meeting room. This will show your company name in plain black text. You can upgrade to a colour sign with your company logo for US$50 per sign. To order a colour sign please contact your Operations Account Manager by Friday 24 March.
Premium bilateral table holders: Please supply your logo by Friday 24 March to your Operations Account Manager or directly to Leanne Stone at email@example.com
BRANDED MEETING ROOM ARTWORK
We will require artwork to produce the branded panels for your branded meeting room. If you have opted to supply your own artwork, you will be provided with a template for your particular layout plus instructions. We strongly recommend that you follow these instructions closely and consider our design tips for effective panel design. CLICK HERE for a copy of these instructions.

Alternatively ITW can assist you with your design. We provide a logo-only or artwork service (additional fees apply). In order to create the design we will require your logo in vector eps format, plus any additional graphics, brand guidelines and design brief.
