GENERAL INFORMATION
- What is ITW?
International Telecoms Week (ITW) is the meeting point for the international telecoms wholesale community - each year over 4,000 delegates from 1,250+ companies and from 130+ countries meet in Washington DC to buy and sell both voice and data products and services. - When is ITW?
ITW 2010 takes place from Monday 24 May Wednesday 26 May 2010.
- How many DELEGATES will be at ITW?
In 2009 there were 4,379 delegates and in 2010 we expect over 4500.

REGISTRATION
- Do I have to register for ITW?
Yes, registration for ITW 2010 is mandatory for access to all areas of the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel.
- How much does it cost to REGISTER?
US$500 per attendee.
- What is included in the registration price?
Registration allows delegates full access to all of the meeting areas, bilateral tables, exhibition, conference sessions and the opening ITW 2010 breakfast. All registered delegates have the opportunity to use the online attendee contact and meeting system, DealCenter. DealCenter is open for two months prior to ITW and one month afterwards.
- How can I register?

- Can I register offline or without using the website?
Yes, you can download a registration form to complete and then send it to us via email, fax or mail. CLICK HERE to download the form. All contact details are included on the form.
- How do I pay?
You can pay by credit card (via our secure payment system) or request an invoice, which will be sent to you once your registration has been processed. Invoiced amounts must be paid no later than 26 April 2010. All payments must be received prior to the start of ITW. CLICK HERE to register online and choose your preferred payment method.
- Can I register more than one person?
You can register as many delegates as you wish however, online registration is limited to a maximum of 10 attendees. If you want to book multiple passes but do not know attendee names, or you want to book more than 10 passes please contact Claire Russell at claire.russell@capacitymedia.com or tel +44 208 2449. If you know the names of your attendees, then please CLICK HERE to begin the online process. If you register multiple attendees online it is VERY IMPORTANT that you register them with their own email addresses or their booking cannot be processed correctly.
Can I buy a one-day pass?
Yes, a one-day pass is US$300 and is available to purchase onsite at ITW 2010.
- How do I get my badge?
Badge pick-up will take place in the hotel lobby at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel. There will be both self-service and manned stations for badge pick-up. Onsite registration and badge pick-up will be open on:

ACCOMMODATION
- How do I book a bedroom for ITW?
Once you have registered and provided payment details for your attendee pass(es) at ITW you will be sent a confirmation email containing full details of alternative hotel options. Please note that the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel is now full.

VISA (FOR TRAVEL TO THE U.S.)
- Do I need a visa?
ITW delegates are responsible themselves for obtaining a valid visa for the U.S. if they require one. Visitors to the U.S. must comply with U.S. visa immigration law and specific procedures to apply for a visa. Please CLICK HERE for the official U.S. Visa Information website to find out whether you will need a visa. Alternatively, you can contact your local U.S. Embassy - for a list of embassy offices CLICK HERE.
- How can I get a visa?
You need to apply to the U.S. Department of State for a visa to enter the U.S.
Information on whether you need a visa and how to apply for one can be found on the official U.S. Visa information website CLICK HERE . If you are required to get a visa to attend ITW, once you have registered for the event, ITW will be able to provide you with a visa support letter to aid your application. - Can ITW issue me with a visa support letter?
If you have registered to attend ITW 2010 we will be able to provide you with a Visa Support Letter. Please CLICK HERE to email us and request a support letter.

CONTACT ITW ATTENDEES / USING DEALCENTER
- How can I contact ITW attendees?
All ITW 2010 registered attendees will be given access to DealCenter, the online attendee contact and meeting system.
- What is DealCenter?
DealCenter is an online contact and networking tool. It gives each attendee the option to add their own profile, search for and contact other registered ITW attendees to arrange meetings during the event.
- When does DealCenter open?
DealCenter will open two months before ITW 2010 (Wednesday 24 March 2010) and remain open for one month after the event.
- How do I get access to DealCenter?
Once you have registered your attendance at ITW 2010, your details will be loaded onto DealCenter. When DealCenter opens two months before the event you will be sent an email with your log in information.
- I have not received my DealCenter log in how do I get it?
DealCenter opens two months before the start of ITW 2010. All registered attendees will be sent an email on 24 March 2010 providing login details to access DealCenter.
- Can I get an attendee list?
We are unable to send out the list of ITW attendees (unless you are a prime sponsor) however, if you CLICK HERE you can see a full list of the companies attending ITW 2010 to date.

- What meeting room options are available?

- How much does a meeting room cost?

- What signage do I get with my meeting room?
ITW will provide a black and white text sign with your company name to all meeting room holders.
A colour sign with a company logo can be purchased from ITW at a cost of US$50 per sign. To order colour signage with your company logo, please CLICK HERE to download the order form and view the logo specifications.
- Can we put a banner outside our meeting room?
Companies are not permitted to put any banners or signage outside their meeting rooms due to health and safety and fire regulations.
- How DO I order a sign INCLUDING MY COMPANY LOGO?

- When will I gain access to meeting room(s)?
Keys to meeting rooms can be collected from the reception desk at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel, in the lobby, from 6pm 9pm on Sunday 23 May 2010.

BILATERAL TABLES
- What is included in the bilateral table PRICE?
The bilateral table price includes a 6ft x 2ft table, 4 chairs and a table sign with your company name and bilateral table number. The tables will be located on the Exhibit Level of the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel.

- How DO I book a bilateral table?
Each bilateral table booking must be accompanied by at least one registered attendee pass.

- How do I ship my items to ITW?
There are two options for shipping your items to ITW 2010.
When and where to ship - Advance Shipping Warehouse vs. Direct to ITW 2010 Venue.

Advance Shipping Warehouse (THE RECOMMENDED OPTION)
Ship early! You may send your materials to the Hargrove - the official ITW contractor - warehouse from Tuesday 27 April.
Shipping early to the advance warehouse is highly recommended because it provides ample time to clear customs, travel by the most economical methods and assurance that the materials have reached their destination in time. Additionally, materials shipped to the advance warehouse are delivered directly to your booth/meeting room. The address of the Advanced Shipping Warehouse is: your company name and booth number / meeting room, c/o Hargrove, Inc, YRC, 7600 Preston Drive, landover, MD 20785, USA. DIRECT TO VENUE
If you do not wish to use Hargrove, Inc. for shipping, you can ship your items directly to the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel package room. S hipments sent directly to the hotel can not be received before Wednesday 19 May 2010, and will be refused if sent earlier. All shipping and material handling arrangements and costs (at the venue) will need to be organised directly with the hotel and are not ITW or Hargrove's responsibility.. FOOD AND BEVERAGES
- How DO I order food and beverages for ITW?
Food and beverages should be ordered directly with the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel. Full contact details and menu options will be sent out as part of the ITW 2010 organising guide.
- Can I host a function at ITW?
Some companies do choose to hold cocktail receptions, lunches, coffee breaks and various other functions at ITW. We are more than happy to assist you in booking a function room and helping with your requirements. HARGROVE, INC.
- Who are Hargrove?
Hargrove are the appointed event contractor for ITW 2010. They are responsible for the build up of the event including the exhibition as well as shipping and freight handling. Hargrove can provide you with extra furniture for your meeting room or exhibit; they also provide design and build options for exhibition booths, functions, signage, etc. The Hargrove ITW website is open three months before the event. In the meantime, if you have any specific questions or enquiries, please contact Ros Irving at ros.irving@capacitymedia.com or tel: +44 20 8549 2449.
- When is the Hargrove service kit going to be available?
The Hargrove service kit will be available 3 months before the start of ITW 2010.
- How do I access the service kit?
Through the ITW link on Hargroves website ITW will provide details to each customer.
- How do I order furniture for my booth / meeting room?
We recommend that you check your exhibit / meeting room contract to see what furniture is included in your package, then, if you wish to order additional items, you can do so through Hargrove, Inc. 3 months before the event, Hargrove will launch their website pages for ITW 2010 and you will be able to view all furniture and download order forms, etc from the site.
- Where DO I find shipping information for ITW?

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS
- What is the cancellation policy for ITW 2010?
ATTENDEE PASS: A full refund will be issued if cancellations are received by TelCap Ltd in writing 21 days before the event (before Monday 3rd May 2010). We regret that no refunds can be given after that date. If no cancellation notice is received, invoiced amounts will be payable in full regardless of whether or not the delegate attends the event. A substitute delegate is always welcome at no extra cost.
BILATERAL TABLES: A full refund will be issued if cancellations are received in writing 28 days before the event (before Monday 26th April 2010). We regret that no cancellations will be accepted or refunds given after this date. Invoiced amounts will be payable in full.
