GENERAL INFORMATION

  • What is ITW?
    International Telecoms Week (ITW) is the meeting point for the international telecoms wholesale community - each year over 5,300 delegates nearly 1,700 companies and from 150+ countries meet to buy and sell both voice and data products and services. For further information, please CLICK HERE

  • When is ITW?
    ITW 2012 will take place from Monday 14 May - Wednesday 16 May 2012 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, Chicago IL.

  • How many delegates will be at ITW?
    In 2011 there were 5,371 delegates.

REGISTRATION

  • Do I have to register for ITW?
    Yes, registration for ITW 2012 is mandatory for access to all areas of the Hyatt Regency Hotel.

  • How much does it cost to register?
    US$500 per attendee.

  • What is included in the registration price?
    Registration allows delegates full access to all of the meeting areas, bilateral tables, exhibition, conference sessions and various coffee and networking functions. All registered delegates have the opportunity to use the online attendee contact and meeting system, DealCenter. DealCenter is open for two months prior to ITW and one month afterwards.

  • How can I register?
     Online registration for ITW 2012 opens on Monday 26 September 2011. 

  • Can I register offline or without using the website?
    Yes, you can download a registration form to complete and then send it to us via email, fax or mail. CLICK HERE to download the form. All contact details are included on the form.

  • How do I pay?
    You can pay by credit card (via our secure payment system) or request an invoice, which will be sent to you once your registration has been processed. Invoiced amounts must be paid no later than 13 April 2012. All payments must be received prior to the start of ITW. CLICK HERE to register online.

  • Can I register more than one person?
    You can register as many delegates as you wish – however, online registration is limited to a maximum of 10 attendees. If you want to book multiple passes but do not know attendee names, or you want to book more than 10 passes please contact Ashley Vickers at ashley.vickers@capacitymedia.com or tel +44 20 7779 7227. If you know the names of your attendees, then please CLICK HERE to begin the online process. If you register multiple attendees online it is VERY IMPORTANT that you register them with their own email addresses or their booking cannot be processed correctly.

  • Can I buy a one-day pass?
    Yes, a one-day pass is US$300 and is available to purchase onsite at ITW 2012.

  • Can I get a press pass for ITW 2012?
    No, ITW 2012 is closed to the media; therefore we do not provide any press passes.

  • What media will be attending ITW 2012?
    This event is closed to the press; the only media in attendance is our sponsor Capacity magazine.

  • How do I get my badge?
    Badge pick-up will take place in the lobby of the Hyatt Regency Hotel. There will be both self-service and manned stations for badge pick-up. Please remember the email address used to register as this will be needed to pick up your badge onsite. Self Service Kiosks - The self service kiosks are the quickest way for pre-registered delegates to print off their badges.  If you have pre-registered for the event please go to one of these self service kiosks, enter the email address you have used to register and print off your badge.
    Manned Registration Desks - If you have any issues printing your badge onsite the manned desks are there to assist you.  If you have not pre-registered for the event please CLICK HERE

  • How do I book a bedroom for ITW?
    Once you have registered and provided payment details for your attendee pass(es) at ITW you will be sent a confirmation email containing full details of the hotel options.

VISA (FOR TRAVEL TO THE U.S.)

  • Do I need a visa?
    ITW delegates are responsible for obtaining a valid visa for entry to the U.S. if they require one. Visitors to the U.S. must comply with U.S. visa immigration law and specific procedures to apply for a visa.   • How can I get a visa?
    You need to apply to the U.S. Department of State for a visa to enter the U.S.
    Information on whether you need a visa and how to apply for one can be found on the official U.S. Visa information website CLICK HERE. If you are required to get a visa to attend ITW 2012, once you have registered for the event, ITW will be able to provide you with a visa support letter to aid your application.   • Can ITW issue me with a visa support letter?
    If you have registered to attend ITW 2012 we will be able to provide you with a Visa Support Letter.

  • What signage do I get with my meeting room?
    ITW will provide a black and white text sign with your company name to all meeting room holders.

  • Can we put a banner outside our meeting room?
    Companies are not permitted to put any banners or signage outside their meeting rooms due to health and safety and fire regulations at the Hyatt Regency Hotel. You are more than welcome to bring banners for inside your meeting room.

  • How do I order a sign including my company logo?

BILATERAL TABLES

  • What is included in the bilateral table price?
    The bilateral table price includes a 6ft x 2ft table, 4 chairs and a table sign with your company name and bilateral table number printed on it. The tables will be located on the Gold and Purple Levels of the hotel.

  • How do I book a bilateral table?
    Each bilateral table booking must be accompanied by at least one registered attendee pass.

  • When do I get my bilateral table number?
    Your bilateral table number and location will be sent to you two months before the event, (March 2012).

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS

  • What is the cancellation policy for ITW 2012? 
    Attendee Passes: A full refund will be issued if cancellations are received by TelCap Ltd in writing 21 days before the event, (23 April, 2012). We regret that no refunds can be given after that date. If no cancellation notice is received, invoiced amounts will be payable in full regardless of whether or not the delegate attends the event. A substitute delegate is always welcome at no extra cost.

    Bilateral Tables: A full refund will be issued if cancellations are received in writing 28 days before the event, (16 April, 2012). We regret that no cancellations will be accepted or refunds given after this date. Invoiced amounts will be payable in full.

    Sponsorship, meeting rooms and exhibit booths cancellation terms and conditions, will be outlined in your ITW 2012 contract.
