The online attendee contact and meeting system, DealCenter will be available to all registered attendees for ITW 2010 and will open two months before the event and remain open one month after the event.

What is DealCenter?

It is an online list of registered attendees that allows attendees to view other attendees’ names, job titles, companies and industry sectors to determine who attendees would like to meet at ITW. Attendees can then request meetings and manage their meeting timetable before and during the event. Based on the attendee profile and services offered or required, the online tool can also suggest who attendees should meet and send text message reminders 30 minutes before meetings.

DealCenter Usage

In the lead up to ITW 2009 the DealCenter website received 3.52 million hits and nearly 800,000 page views. Additionally, ITW 2009 attendees sent 9,271 meeting invites to one another and confirmed nearly 3,000 meetings.

New Features for 2010

The ITW DealCenter allows attendees to chat, either one-on-one or within a large group. Attendees can also post a question or response on the DealCenter message board. Additionally, once the meeting has been confirmed, DealCenter participants can securely email one another.

1. Register for ITW 2010

2. Two months before the event, when DealCenter opens (Wed 24 March 2010), you will receive an email from DealCenter giving you your log in details and confirmation number.

3. Have your Confirmation Number available (as emailed to you via DealCenter)

4. Click "Register Now" under First-Time DealCenter Members and fill out the form

5. Once registered, your home page will load, and you can see the entire delegate list and plan your meetings accordingly
